    Hi Cathy:

    I remember this piece: “chu-otoro”…When Sawada-san first present it to me, I looked at him really confused, I asked him in broken Japanese: “is this chu-toro or o-toro?” He came back smiling, it is just right between chutoro and otoro, so he called it chu-otoro!

    Hello Cathy!

    Great story! I have marked this restaurant so the next time I am in Paris, I will go!
    The photo’s of the food looked really great and although I didn’t know all of the wines, when I saw the photo’s of Catherine et Pierre Breton’s wines, I got the idea!
